Tanzania Peaberry 

Tanzania is located in East Africa, south of the equator on the Indian Ocean.  Peaberry is the coffee bean grade size. It is a rounded bean where only one seed has developed within the cherry.  This enhanced coffee possesses intense rich, sweet flavor, sharp acidity and a medium to full body.  The clean smooth aftertaste will keep you coming back for more. Roast at medium. Blend with a lighter acid coffee to add the sharpness.
