India Washed Robusta Peaberry
Robusta coffee has a higher caffeine
content then Arabica coffee beans. It is most often used in espresso blend to
give that extra punch and crema. Just a pinch will do a fine job. Peaberry
grade is the effect of the coffee cherry fruit which only produces one seed as
opposed to having two seeds in the typical coffee fruit. Another superior
feature or advantage for roasting the Peaberry is the consistent uniformity of
bean size. Medium-dark roast for your espresso blend!
