India Washed Robusta
Robusta coffee has a higher caffeine
content then Arabica coffee beans. It is most often used in espresso blend to
give that extra punch and crema. Just a pinch will do a fine job. Peaberry
grade is the effect of the coffee cherry fruit which only produces one seed as
opposed to having two seeds in the typical coffee fruit. Another superior
feature or advantage for roasting the Peaberry is the consistent uniformity of
bean size. Medium-dark roast for your espresso blend!

India Monsooned Malabar
Monsooned coffees are stored in
special warehouses until the Monsoon season comes around. The sides of the
structure are opened and moist monsoon winds circulate around the coffee making
it swell in size and take on the famous mellow, but uncompromising, musty
flavor. This process turns the bean a golden tan. Mainly used in espresso
blending for the thick creama, nutty flavor, heavy body and low acidity.
Medium-dark to a dark roast for that prefect espresso.
