Kenya Peaberry
Kenya is located in
eastern Africa bordering the Indian Ocean. Peaberry is the coffee bean grade
size. It is a rounded bean where only one seed has developed within the cherry.
This specialty coffee has an unsurpassed full-body richness with a fruity aroma.
It is brisk and snappy in the cup with a distinctively dry and winey
aftertaste. Excellent blended with Columbian coffees and to balance out the
heaviness of the Indonesians. Be sure to try this coffee if you are after
something bold and lively! Recommended roasting range is medium to dark.

Tanzania is located in East Africa,
south of the equator on the Indian Ocean. Peaberry is the coffee bean grade
size. It is a rounded bean where only one seed has developed within the cherry.
This enhanced coffee possesses intense rich, sweet flavor, sharp acidity and a
medium to full body. The clean smooth aftertaste will keep you coming back for
more. Roast at medium. Blend with a lighter acid coffee to add the sharpness.

Papua New Guinea Peaberry
Papua New Guinea Peaberry
grade is the result of coffee cherry fruit which only produces one seed as
opposed to having two seeds in the typical coffee fruit. It has the same
distinctive characteristic as the grade A, but with a greater concentration of
richness. Another superior feature or advantage for roasting the Peaberry is
the consistent uniformity of bean size. Medium roast for an intense cup!

India Washed Robusta Peaberry
Robusta coffee has a higher caffeine
content then Arabica coffee beans. It is most often used in espresso blend to
give that extra punch and crema. Just a pinch will do a fine job. Peaberry
