Tarrazu
Tarrazu region is within the Central
Valley of Costa Rica at an altitude ranging from 3900 to 5600 feet. This is a
Strictly Hard Bean (SHB). It is a pleasing coffee with a medium to full body.
The acidity is crisp and bright with a clean, sweet spiciness. Roast at
"medium-dark" to bring out the wonderful flavors. Blend with Kenya AA,
Guatemala and Sumatra. Do not hesitate to experiment with this versatile
bean.
